Responsibilities:

·         Provide pre-sales and post-sales functions

·         Provide enterprise network consultancy to Corporate Customers

·         Provide integration and technical support for push mail system and devices

·         Provide clients with development, integration, deployment, optimization, and implementation consultancy

·         Handle data, voice, IP networking design

·         Development and documentation of solution and its implementation

·         Perform analysis and review of performance report

·         Perform site visit for operational/service review

·         Handling of special SLA

·         Follow-up with new service provisioning

·         Perform fault escalation by liaising with customer and network engineers during fault

·         Provide customized reports to customers

 

 Requirements:

·         Degree/Diploma with 2 to 6 years' of experience.

·         Experiences in customer handling experience

·         Good working knowledge of IP routing/switching especially with Cisco equipment, DNS/Web, Facility Management/ Datacentre, SAN, IP Centrex/IPVPN, Common telecommunication transmission: ATM/SDH/ADSL/ISDN30

·         Ability to work with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and understand customer issues and challenges

·         Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
