Our Client, a GLOBAL MNC has vacancy for LEGAL COUNSEL

LEGAL COUNSEL

(GLOBAL MNC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Legal Manager as part of the Legal team; and providing advice and support in relation to the Group’s legal matters, including:

• Participating in M&A activities; negotiating and reviewing sales and purchase agreements, consortium and joint venture agreements, licence and hotel management agreements; and co-ordinating due diligence
• Advising Management on various operational agreements and issues such as confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, service agreements, employment contracts, disputes/claims, MCST related matters
• Reviewing and advising on the listing requirements under the SGX-ST Listing Manual

Requirements:

• LLB Degree and be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor, Supreme Court of Singapore
• 3 to 7 years of qualification experience within a law firm, listed company or MNC
• Good knowledge of corporate law and real estate law
• Good communication skills
