COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER
GROUP COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER
(BLUECHIP TECHNOLOGY MNC)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of compensation and benefits
including include package design, salary benchmarking, performance
related pay analysis, examining flexible benefits and process
improvement
- Design, develop, and implement competitive C & B initiatives
within corporate guidelines and legal requirements in order to
attract, motivate and retain talents.
- Responsible for other various HR aspects of the organization
including Performance Appraisal, Recruitment, Employee Relations
etc, with more focus towards handling Compensation & Benefits
- Work closely with the HR Director to look into establishing HR
strategies and enforcing HR initiatives for the Singapore office
and its regional offices
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business
- 6-10 years of human resource experience
- Candidates with experience in sales commissions experience in
IT/Telco industries will be an advantage
- Good understanding of market practices and trends, and local
employment and industrial legislation
- Good analytical and statistical knowledge
